Spindustry announced it has acquired Tacoma, Wash., firm VSG Marketing. While Spindustry focuses on the Microsoft suite of products, VSG focuses on technologies such as WordPress, Shopify, BigCommerce and WooCommerce, and they will maintain those focuses, the organizations announced in a release. Both companies will be able to add to their tech capabilities while continuing to provide consulting, creative, digital marketing and revenue growth strategies for their clients, they said. “This is an exciting time for VSG Marketing. After 20 years of serving the Tacoma community and our clients at a national & international level, VSG is entering into a new chapter as part of the Spindustry family,” VSG Marketing Head Coach Doug Burton said in the release. All of VSG’s existing team members will remain in their roles.
