State Farm grant provides driver’s ed scholarships for needy teens
A recent grant of $14,500 from State Farm will provide driver’s education scholarships for youth served by Children & Families of Iowa. The grant will help teens from low-income families have a chance to take driver’s education classes this year. Children & Families of Iowa will provide between 30 and 40 full and partial scholarships to youths enrolled in its teen programs. Throughout the grant period, State Farm will provide education about insurance and safety as part of the program.
