TKG III Urbandale LLC, located in Columbia, Mo., paid Hickman Storage LLC $6.3 million for property at 6715 Hickman Road in Urbandale, records show. The 5.3-acre parcel includes 63,800 square feet of mini-warehouse space. The facilities were built in 2020. The property is valued at $3.99 million. The transaction was recorded March 22.

Sunstone Investments LLC, located in Des Moines, paid Hurd Real Estate Services Inc. $2.5 million for undeveloped property east of North U.S. Highway 69 and about 1 mile north of Iowa Highway 5, records show. The property includes over 15 acres. The transaction was recorded March 22.

LLC, paid Davis Estates Ltd. $10.7 million for undeveloped property south of Interstate Highway 80 in Dallas County in an area between Waukee and West Des Moines, Dallas County real estate records show.
