Tegeler leaving Iowa taxpayers’ group

Tegeler submitted her resignation effective Sept. 1. “Gretchen has been a tireless advocate for the taxpayers of central Iowa far beyond her eight years of dedicated service and countless contributions to the association,” said Matt Wagner, chairman of the tax group’s board of directors. “Her leadership and vision have been integral to the impact our organization has had on the community.” Wagner has appointed a special committee to oversee the transition process.
