Three area brokers received the fifth annual Downtown Brokers of the Year award on May 8. Bill Wright of Terrus Real Estate Group and Linda Gibbs and Tim Sharpe, both of CB Richard Ellis/Hubbell Commercial, received the honors. Wright was recognized for completing the most sales or lease transactions. Gibbs and Sharpe were recognized for selling or leasing the most square footage of downtown space.
