Truck Center Cos. to acquire Harrison Truck Centers

130 wordsAll Latest News, Retail and Business, Statewide NewsTruck Center Cos., based in Omaha, announced plans to acquire Altoona-based Harrison Truck Centers, which operates eight locations throughout Iowa and southern Minnesota. Financial terms of the acquisition, which will be finalized Aug. 31, were not disclosed. Truck Center Cos., a Freightliner/Western Star dealership, currently operates 10 full-service locations in Nebraska, Kansas and Iowa. The current ownership group of HTC, which represents Freightliner, Western Star and Autocar, will stay on as part of the TCC management team, Truck Center Cos. owner Trey Mytty said in a press release. “My vision for Truck Center Companies has always been to grow,” he said. “The addition of Harrison Truck Centers locations is a great fit with that vision.” NCP Investment Banking in Des Moines was the financial adviser to HTC in the transaction.
