UnityPoint Health has named Mary Ann Osborn as vice president of care transformation. Osborn most recently was senior vice president and chief clinical officer at UnityPoint Health Cedar Rapids and has worked in administration for St. Luke’s Hospital since 2002. Osborn will lead UnityPoint Health’s care transformation as health care systems continue to evolve from a system rewarding volume to one recognizing value. Dr. Alan Kaplan, UnityPoint Health executive vice president and chief clinical transformation officer said: “Mary Ann’s clinical background and experience will help us in our long-term strategy to better coordinate patient care.”
