Cedar Rapids Bank & Trust used $38 million from the USDA’s loan program to assist seven businesses in three states this year. That leveraged another $45 million that helped create or retain nearly 400 rural jobs in Illinois, Iowa and Missouri. The bank also was one of four U.S. lenders to receive a guaranteed loan from a USDA program aimed at water and environmental programs. Read more
