Veridian Credit Union recently granted $14,000 in scholarships to seven students across Iowa for the upcoming 2023-2024 academic year. The scholarships were distributed across three categories, with two $2,000 scholarships awarded to Veridian members in each category. The categories include incoming freshmen, undergraduates and technical/trade students. In addition, an extra $2,000 was awarded through Veridian’s ArtShare program to high school seniors who plan to pursue a career in the arts. Last year, Veridian Credit Union expanded its scholarship program, increasing the number of recipients from four to seven and introducing a category specifically for technical and trade students.
