August 2016 net Iowa General Fund revenue was $16.1 million, 2.2 percent above the August 2015 revenue level, said Jeff Robinson, a senior fiscal analyst for the Legislative Services Agency, in his monthly video memo. Fiscal year-to-date cash net receipts are $500,000 higher than the previous year.
