The Commercial Real Estate Forum on Thursday morning featured a panel of real estate professionals who went in-depth on current and planned projects in the Greater Des Moines area, highlighting the amenities that are currently in demand. They also discussed the future of downtown spaces and economic trends for the real estate industry. Additionally, Justin Lossner, the 2024 Iowa State University Ivy College of Business Commercial Real Estate Professional of the Year, was recognized, and the 2024 Annual Real Estate Magazine was unveiled.
