It will also delve into industry-related issues including the economic climate, hybrid work, the labor shortage and the environment. The event was future-focused and attendees left with a variety of perspectives on the outlook for commercial real estate in Greater Des Moines for the next 18 months. The 2023 Iowa State University Ivy College of Business Commercial Real Estate Professional of the Year award was also given to Kris Saddoris, vice president, development, Hubbell Development Services.
