The Warren County Philanthropic Partnership (WCPP) will receive a $122,952 state award from the County Endowment Fund to advance community-based philanthropy in the county. Under terms of the legislation, the WCPP will direct 75 percent of the award to grants the foundation gives out and 25 percent to the foundation’s permanent endowment. “We are anxious to put this new state award to work. Our foundation is making good headway, and we hope this contribution will help encourage local interest and investment,” said WCPP president Libby Mineart in a news release.
