The West Des Moines Chamber of Commerce has opened registration for the fourth annual Athene Black and Brown Business Summit. The conference is set for Thursday, April 18, and Friday, April 19, and will support minority-owned businesses with discussions, speakers, workshops and networking events led by 75 panelists from diverse backgrounds.
