The Wellmark Foundation is accepting proposals for its Matching Assets to Community Health (MATCH) small grants until midnight Friday. The small MATCH grants are for up to $25,000 and must be matched at 50 percent. These grants support promising projects that can help individuals, families and communities achieve better health. This can be done by creating built environments that encourage physical activity and access to and consumption of nutritious foods. Applications are available here.
