Regency Companies announced today that the master planned community Tallyn’s Reach has been renamed to Michael’s Landing in honor of Michael Myers.

Myers died in December of congestive heart failure after a long, courageous battle with a neuromuscular disorder. Regency Homes was founded by Myers and Richard Moffitt in 1986.

Michael’s Landing, a 350-acre innovative community one mile west of Jordan Creek Town Center on Mills Civic Parkway, will include a city park, an expansive trail system through wooded greenways, and a future town center designed to be the hub of activity for the community.
