West Des Moines Warehouse planned
On Sept. 20, the West Des Moines City Council approved a site plan for DEGH LLC to construct an 11,350-square-foot mixed-use building at 1611 Fuller Road. According to city records, the Eggers and Ghrist Warehouse Building, which will include some office space, is being developed by Mark Eggers, owner of MD Eggers Construction Inc.
