Brett Budzinski, a Des Moines resident and Drake alumnus, will create a mural in the West Glen Town Center in West Des Moines. The project, which is anticipated to be completed by the end of summer, will be between Cowboy Jack’s and WineStyles, said Jennifer Howell, West Glen property manager.
