91 wordsAll Latest News, Arts and CultureOrchestrate Hospitality’s newest venture Bubba, a Southern-style pop-up restaurant put together by Chef Scott Stroud and Christopher Diebel, has sold out for its Jan. 10-12 run at Hoyt Sherman Place.
About 450 guests are expected to take part in the four-course meal and drink pairings. Its popularity has prompted the pair to do similar food events where a temporary “restaurant” is created around food styles.
Additional pop-up restaurants will be put on by chefs Derek Eidson of Centro, Tom McKern of Zombie Burger + Drink Lab and Johan Larsson of Django.
