Winnebago announces senior leadership changes
Winnebago Industries Inc. announced today that Amber Holm will be joining the manufacturer as senior vice president and chief marketing officer, a newly created role in the company. Winnebago has also promoted Sri Koneru to senior vice president, chief information officer, and Chad Reece to vice president, government and industry relations. Holm, who will join the company on July 6, has more than two decades of experience in leading marketing and brand management for top consumer brands with Newell Brands, Bridgestone Americas and General Mills. Holm earned a bachelor’s degree from Yale University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. She will report directly to the company’s president and CEO, Michael Happe. Koneru, hired two years ago as vice president of information technology, in his expanded role as CIO will partner with company leaders in the development and implementation of digital strategies. Reece, a 34-year veteran of the company, most recently was director of corporate relations. In his new role he will be responsible for oversight of ongoing engagement with various outdoor industry-related organizations, state and national government, and corporate development contacts, among other responsibilities.
