Winnebago Industries Inc. has named Michael Happe as president and CEO and a member of the board effective Jan. 18. Happe previously served as executive officer and group vice president for The Toro Co.’s residential and contractor businesses in Bloomington, Minn. A 19-year veteran of Toro, he received his master’s degree in business administration from the University of Minnesota and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Kansas. “He has a remarkable record of performance in brand and product management, as well as strategy and new business development,” said Chairman Larry Erickson.
