Longtime policy staffer Andrea Woodard has been promoted to senior vice president of government relations and public policy for the Greater Des Moines Partnership. Woodard joined the Partnership policy team in 2014 and had directed the DSM Fellowship Program. She also supports the Partnership’s EPIC Corporate Challenge efforts through Women Lead Change, the Immigration Council, the Iowa Caucus Consortium and other membership organizations in the region and nationally. Her community involvement includes work with Junior League of Des Moines, On With Life Foundation, Orchard Place Foundation, Des Moines Park and Recreation, and the Iowa State Carrie Chapman Catt Center for Women and Politics Ready to Run Advisory Board.
