Zach Loy to lead Turner Construction’s Iowa business unit

Loy, a graduate of Iowa State University, has been with Turner his entire working career, holding roles in operations, preconstruction/estimating and business development. He has experience working in sports, higher education, civic, health care and commercial sectors. Loy most recently was business development manager for Turner’s Kansas City office, which covers Missouri and Kansas. Loy will join Barry Determan, who will focus on operational leadership for Turner’s projects. Turner Construction is relocating its main Iowa office from downtown to 1415 28th St. in West Des Moines, which is where Loy will have is his office. Turner’s Des Moines-area staff includes 125 people.
